Acadia Coffee Service is Different
We value our customers. With over 30 years of experience and more than 400 accounts, we have a simple philosophy: “We do what we say we will do!” We are local and live! No voicemails. Rest assured, you get immediate service when you call us.
Here is how the Acadia Service program works:

Orders
Your company is placed on a route to be visited every 20 working days or more often for larger companies. We work to fit your needs. Call before 2:00pm, Monday – Friday, and you will receive your order the next business day. We will email you beginning 3 days in advance of your route to remind you we are coming. If we do not hear back from you, we will call. This gives you the control and opportunity to customize your order.

Repairs
Most equipment repairs are done the same day. If we cannot accomplish that, we guarantee next day. Faulty equipment is swapped out; we do not try to fix anything in your break room on your time.

Variety and Convenience
We carry over 80 different types of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. We also offer online ordering for our accounts that will build a history for your convenience.
Stacey Schmoker, business manager, is our point of contact to you. Stacey started with Acadia as a co-op, upon receiving her BA in Accounting in 2002, she started full-time with us. Stacey works on a personal level with each and every customer, learning your ordering habits for better accommodation. She will take the time to ensure your needs will be taken care of quickly. You will get to know that familiar, friendly voice when you call the office. Stacey and her team make sure that your phone calls, email, or fax requests are handled quickly and professionally.
